Customer Review: Compact all-in-one
This unit is so handy. I use it a lot for school, just plug my notebook in with the included USB cable and good to go. I was kind of bummed out I could not connect it to my home wireless network to print without cables...maybe next time I'll do more checking. I bought this on kind of a whim, I knew I needed a printer but didn't really do any research. I think it is fairly common now for the color and black cartridges to be changed out seperately, that is also the case with this printer. I also love the added bonus there is a seperate cartridge for photo paper, which can be stored on the side when not in use and snaps easily into the paper tray for printing high quality pictures - I printed copies of a wedding photo and framed it for members of my bridal party. I also did all of my own wedding invitations, they looked great, no smearing. I have scanned photos and documents and made B&W copies. The only thing I have not done yet is print directly from my memory card, but there are slots for XD, MS/DUO, CF, and SD-MMC. It has a neat little display that flips up to see it easier too. The software is a snap to install and the menus on the actual printer are easy to navigate. It is exactly what I needed, compact and easy to use, I highly recommend for home use.
